Carol Morgan School is pleased to partner with PAC Restaurant Consulting & Food Services for the delivery of food service on campus. Founded and run by our alum Pedro Mota Cabral '98, PAC has been dedicated to helping food and beverage operations run more smoothly and efficiently since 2017.

PAC Restaurant Consulting & Food Services is in charge of the Shark Cafe (CMS cafeteria), attending an average of 850 people per day including students, teachers, administrative staff, and parents, with an extensive menu that includes daily lunch specials, breakfast, snacks, and beverages. They offer many gluten-free, vegetarian, and nut-free options, clearly identified in their weekly menus, catering to different nutritional needs.

Schedule:
The cafeteria opens until 6:00 pm
Grab N’ Go opens until 4:45 pm
